MLHB Terms & Conditions

1General

These terms and conditions apply to the MLHB platform (mlhb.ws) and all associated mobile applications. By registering or using the platform, you automatically agree to and accept all of these terms.

MLHB is a legitimate online gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. These terms are designed to protect the interests of both members and MLHB.

These terms have been written in English for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

2Membership & Account

The following requirements must be met to open an account with MLHB:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• An active mobile number and email address are required.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
• Transferring or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a mandatory process at MLHB. Identity documents must be verified before your first withdrawal. This process is in place for the security of all members.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

MLHB supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. The rules for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

• MLHB does not charge any deposit fees. Fees from payment providers may apply.
• KYC verification must be completed on your account before withdrawals can be processed.
• Deposited funds will be returned via the same payment method used.
• MLHB reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit for standard members is ৳50,000.

4Bonuses & Promotions

MLHB offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. Some general rules are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• Bonuses expire automatically once their validity period ends.
• Accounts found attempting to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system may be terminated.
• MLHB reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Cashback bonuses generally carry no wagering requirements. However, reload and welcome bonuses do. Wagering means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before withdrawing.

5Gaming Rules

All games on MLHB are certified by internationally accredited RNG (Random Number Generator) bodies. The following gaming rules apply to all members:

• Game outcomes are entirely random — no manipulation is possible or ever takes place.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, your stake will be fully refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Any attempt to hack or tamper with the game software will result in immediate account termination.
• Match fixing and the use of insider information are strictly prohibited in Sports Betting.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, MLHB's server logs will serve as the definitive record.

6Responsible Gaming

MLHB believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We are committed to responsible gaming.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A Self-Exclusion option is available — you can have your account suspended for a set period of time.
• Parental control tools are available to help keep minors away from gaming.

7Account Closure & Restrictions

MLHB reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Involvement in money laundering or any illegal activity.

8Privacy & Data Protection

9Right to Modify Terms
